Step-By-Step Directions

From the North (Moab, UT / Canyonlands)


  • Head South on US-191 S toward Monticello. 
  • As you enter Monticello, continue straight past the Welcome Center. 
  • At the main intersection (the only stoplight in town), turn Left onto E Center St (US-491 E). 
  • Travel east for approximately 0.7 miles. 
  • A-1 Storage will be on your Right (South side of the road), just past the residential area.

From the South (Blanding, UT / Monument Valley)


  • Head North on US-191 N into Monticello. 
  • At the main intersection (stoplight), turn Right onto E Center St (US-491 E). 
  • Continue east for about 0.7 miles. 
  • Look for the facility on your Right.

From the East (Dove Creek, CO / Cortez, CO)


  • Head West on US-491 W toward Utah. 
  • As you enter the eastern edge of Monticello, the speed limit will drop. 
  • A-1 Storage is one of the first commercial properties you will see as you enter town limits. 
  • The facility will be on your Left (South side of the road). 
  • If you reach the stoplight at the center of town, you’ve gone too far.

From the West (Canyonlands Needles District)


  • Head East on UT-211 E. 
  • Turn Right (South) onto US-191 S. 
  • Drive into Monticello and turn Left at the stoplight onto E Center St (US-491 E). 
  • Drive 0.7 miles east; the destination is on your Right.

Our 30x11 units are "pull-through" (M82), which means they offer easy access from both ends. This is a lifesaver for those moving large volumes of items or heavy furniture, as it eliminates the need to dig through the very back of a deep unit.

Our team is available to help you 7 days a week! Our office hours are Sunday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

As a general rule: 


11x6: Fits a queen-sized bed, dresser, and several boxes.

19x11: Fits sofas, bookcases, and mattress sets. 

30x11: Fits an entire multi-bedroom home and large appliances.
